"I called the corporate State Farm number last week attempting to pay a bill. It took quite a while to be connected with a rep which was understandable. When I was connected after a few minutes, I was unable to pay my bill and was given very little reason as to why. The rep seemed eager to get off the phone. I called into the Bridgton office this morning and spoke to Jennifer. This was a completely different experience. I was connected with Jennifer within seconds and she was able to pull up my account immediately and process my payment. She also said she could set up direct deposit for my payments going forward. Her tone was empathetic, and our conversation was extremely efficient. This is the type of phone call every business should strive for. Thank you, Jennifer!"
